Knutsen Philippines, Inc. Enhances Customer Feedback System

In its efforts to further heighten its operational levels of quality, Knutsen Philippines, Inc. expanded its customer feedback channels with the introduction of online and written means. Before, comments and suggestions were conveyed only through face-to-face personal communication. But with these additional channels, KPI’s internal and external customers can now have the additional benefit of convenience as well as the security of anonymity. These efforts are in line with KPI’s overall quality goal of continuously seeking solutions and improving relevant service to individuals who benefit from KPI’s operations, as well as for those involved within it.

Written comments and suggestions may also be conveyed through a suggestion box situated at the Family Relations Office at the third floor of the Knutsen Philippines, Inc. building.
